Well… I picked up the tools, focused in, and just did what I’ve been doing for years. And guess what?
That little piece of metal got me hired. 🙌

Life Is Nothing Without Challenges:
This was one of the best challenging staircase projects. At that time, no engineer was ready to take it on - even the dimensions were unclear, confusing and curved wall. Then, one of the architects in town shared my contact number with the client, saying: “He will do it.”
I took the job - but with one clear condition: “I’ll take payment only after I finish the staircase and I’ll charge my amount, fair and clear.”
The client responded confidently: “Okay, no problem.”
I started the design completely by hand - no AutoCAD, no SolidWorks - just experience, skill, and vision. From hand-drawn design to full fabrication and installation, every step was executed with precision.
It a high-end two-way staircase with divided flights: one flight rising to a half-landing, then splitting into two symmetrical flights leading to the next floor.
This job proved one thing: real craftsmanship doesn’t always need software - just commitment, trust, and the courage to take on the challenge.
From 2013 Regestered NSP to memorable projects
2021
One of the most memorable projects was at the Indo-Pak border—a 200 ft x 100 ft barrel vault shade. Another local contractor installed the steel frame, but NSP handled design, fabrication, and installation of the tensile part. It was a proud moment.

Heavy Plate Staircase Fabrication, Patan (GJ, IN)
We fabricated and installed this staircase using 1/2" thick mild steel plates - Handsketch drawing to complition - precision bending for each step. The staircase ran from ground to first floor, and then first to second floor. As seen in the photo, each plate was bent with exact angles - no cutting or welding on risers - resulting in clean lines, perfect dimensions, and zero effort during installation.
That’s how our deep experience speaks. Even the architect was shocked at the accuracy and speed of execution.

We successfully completed a full-scale tensile structure installation over an entire temple complex using a barrel vault design. The custom-fabricated structure not only enhances the aesthetics of the space but also provides complete weather protection while allowing natural light to diffuse through. 2018 – Moved to a New Industrial Location for Long-Term Growth
We took a major step forward by relocating our fabrication unit to a newly constructed industrial complex. This move was driven by our growing workload and long-term business vision. The new space gave us better infrastructure, higher production capacity, and improved working conditions - laying a strong foundation for future growth, larger projects, and long-term success. It wasn’t just a change of location - it was an investment in the next level of our journey.
