I can proudly say I was part of the full fabrication process of The HIP sign Installed at Slush Puppy Place, Kingston - from design to fabrication and final installation. While working on this project, we ensured precision, structural accuracy, and on-time execution at every step. It was a great experience contributing to such a high-visibility public landmark.

Well… I picked up the tools, focused in, and just did what I’ve been doing for years. And guess what?
That little piece of metal got me hired. 🙌

Life Is Nothing Without Challenges:
This was one of the best challenging staircase projects. At that time, no engineer was ready to take it on - even the dimensions were unclear, confusing and curved wall. Then, one of the architects in town shared my contact number with the client, saying: “He will do it.”
I took the job - but with one clear condition: “I’ll take payment only after I finish the staircase and I’ll charge my amount, fair and clear.”
The client responded confidently: “Okay, no problem.”
I started the design completely by hand - no AutoCAD, no SolidWorks - just experience, skill, and vision. From hand-drawn design to full fabrication and installation, every step was executed with precision.
It a high-end two-way staircase with divided flights: one flight rising to a half-landing, then splitting into two symmetrical flights leading to the next floor.
This job proved one thing: real craftsmanship doesn’t always need software - just commitment, trust, and the courage to take on the challenge.
From 2013 Regestered NSP to memorable projects
2021
One of the most memorable projects was at the Indo-Pak border—a 200 ft x 100 ft barrel vault shade. Another local contractor installed the steel frame, but NSP handled design, fabrication, and installation of the tensile part. It was a proud moment.

Heavy Plate Staircase Fabrication, Patan (GJ, IN)
We fabricated and installed this staircase using 1/2" thick mild steel plates - Handsketch drawing to complition - precision bending for each step. The staircase ran from ground to first floor, and then first to second floor. As seen in the photo, each plate was bent with exact angles - no cutting or welding on risers - resulting in clean lines, perfect dimensions, and zero effort during installation.
That’s how our deep experience speaks. Even the architect was shocked at the accuracy and speed of execution.

Tensile Structure - Car Perking Installed at private villa 40' x 20'

We successfully completed a full-scale tensile structure installation over an entire temple complex using a barrel vault design. The custom-fabricated structure not only enhances the aesthetics of the space but also provides complete weather protection while allowing natural light to diffuse through. This project showcases our expertise in engineering durable, elegant solutions for sacred and high-traffic environments.

4 metal gazebo structures for different temples in the same town—one of our most valued clients. Each gazebo was custom-built with MS structural framing and color-coated sheet roofing, designed and fabricated entirely in-house.

2018 – Moved to a New Industrial Location for Long-Term Growth
We took a major step forward by relocating our fabrication unit to a newly constructed industrial complex. This move was driven by our growing workload and long-term business vision. The new space gave us better infrastructure, higher production capacity, and improved working conditions - laying a strong foundation for future growth, larger projects, and long-term success. It wasn’t just a change of location - it was an investment in the next level of our journey.

A massive project taken in 2016 for science city compound wall fencing 5km all the way around of science city, Ahmedabad, GJ, IN weighing around 12000kg of front portion we have completed.

CNC Pattern Works – 2D and 3D panel designs for gates, facades, and partition screens. Delivered to architects and builders.

Design 3 big size heavy duty sliding gates for One of International school - Each gate 3000 kg's. design, fabrication, foundation and complete installation 50' to 75' long and 6 feet height. Using 4'' sq hss and 1.5'' vertical pickets.

Foot Over Bridge (FOB), Unjha – 24,000 kg steel bridge for pedestrians with PWD. Fully completed in just 24 days under sub-contact and labour work — foundation to final.

Worked at Apollo Earth as a Contract (AMMAN INDIA), Mehsana – fabrication including structural parts, Hopper, Travelling arm, Screed body, tanks, and more for road construction machine

Control Rooms at 5 Bus Ports – Steel-framed enclosures with roofing. As per drawing pipe bending to installed fully. Mehsana, Patan, Unghja, Godhra, Visnagar. under sub-contact and labour work.

Civil Hospital Works (2006–2007) – Supplied and installed gates, sheds, cat altars, and heavy-duty grillwork in multiple hospitals.
2005 - 2006
120-ft Advertising Hoarding, Ahmedabad (2006) – Heavy-duty steel frame structure, 15,000+ kg. First big job in a around the city.

Wide Angle Multiplex – Fabricate brand logo (W) signage from 14 - gauge sheet metal. First time I invested in my our welding machine.
